We do many such things daily for which we do not have to make any effort. Like getting up in the morning to brush, drink tea, read newspapers. By doing it daily, we get used to some things in such a way that we do not have to apply our mind at all. How we start doing this work, this thing gets fed well in the server of our brain. Sometimes there are some tasks which we can do even by closing our eyes like breathing, drinking water. Networks of nerves spread inside the brain control these habits of ours.

On the other hand, to do some new work, to inculcate a new habit, our mind has to struggle a lot. With daily practice, we get used to these new things. It takes less time. Scientists have divided the working of our brain into two parts.

  • Conscious Mind
  • Subconscious Mind

The things that we do on a daily basis sit well in our subconscious mind. At the same time, our conscious mind has to work hard to do any new work. Many scientists around the world are trying to find out that what is the importance of working with the subconscious mind for us? How can we take advantage of this?
